We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the Leeds based Building Surveying team for a large respected Property Consultancy. This is an opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across the UK, spanning sectors such as retail, healthcare, energy, education, residential and commercial property. You will play a key role in delivering refurbishment, modernisation and improvement projects while providing professional surveying services to a diverse client base.This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior surveyors through mentoring and training. You will be actively involved in feasibility studies, contract administration, inspections, statutory approvals and technical documentation, applying your expertise across both JCT and NEC contracts. With a strong focus on quality, safety and sustainability, you will help shape projects that make a real difference to communities and the built environment.Our client is seeking someone with significant building surveying experience, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to manage clients and deliver projects successfully.
