- Review and enhance the management reporting framework to ensure effectiveness.
- Analyse sales data to derive insights and make suggestions for business improvement, while ensuring data integrity and cleanliness of CRM.
- Support Group Sales Director and Group Managing Director in identifying trends and developing strategic initiatives based on sales data analysis.
- Analyse sales financial results to improve sales financial performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports on revenue and gross profit, including financial and non-financial data.
- Provide analysis and commentary on reports and trends to business management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure data quality and address reporting and sales data queries.
- Drive change within the business to support overall strategies and develop methods to track performance.
- Prepare and consolidate sales budgets and forecasts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Power BI bespoke reporting.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based Finance and CRM Systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience interpreting sales data.
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Accountancy.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Mercury, Business Central / NAV / D365, Jet Reports, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- 2+ years' experience working with SQL in a commercial environment.
- Experience working with customer data or sales data.
