We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our Community Mental Health Service as a Support Time and Recovery (STR) Worker. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by supporting individuals with mental health difficulties in their recovery journey.The role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, adopting a recovery-focused, strengths-based approach to help people achieve their goals.   • Experience of the assessment process and positive risk management.
Desirable
  • Previous experience in caring for people with a severe mental illness.
Additional CriteriaEssential
  • Must be a car driver with a valid driving licence or have access to transport with appropriate business insurance in order to travel throughout the Trust, to meet the needs of the service.
  • Able to work across a 24/7 shift pattern as required including weekends and nights.
