White Horse is partnering exclusively with a leading and innovative manufacturing business based in Wiltshire, to support their search for a Finance Manager. Reporting into a fractional FD, this role will give you a true blend between commercial and operational finance, with real scope to put your stamp on this small but rapidly expanding business.As with all SMEs, this role lends itself to a dynamic individual, who is prepared to take full ownership of all financial matters within the business.You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including:
  • Full ownership of monthly management accounting
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Statutory reporting and compliance, including VAT and payroll
  • Presenting MI to the board, to support decision making
  • Overseeing a small finance team
Within this business, you will be given a real opportunity to grow. They are highly ambitious, with massive growth plans for the next 12 months, which will result in this role progressing to FD.
