One of our clients within the Facility Management sector is currently looking to employ a Mobile Facilities Supervisor to join their team on a full-time Temp to Perm basis supervising the Soft Service Team across Hampshire, Dorset & IOWMain Purpose: To supervise the site cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness internally and externally. First point of contact on management of Waste, Pest control and Landscaping services.Van + Fuel card suppliedResponsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Act as 'hands on' lead and front line supervisor for the cleaning team to deliver a quality service
  • To supervise the site cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.
  • Assist in management of waste, pest & landscaping services.
  • Managing schedules instructing others on health and safety and use of equipment
Essential Skills:
  • Supervising experience
  • Commercial Cleaning experience knowledge
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Knowledge of health & safety (COSHH Desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to motivate a cleaning team to attain a consistent specified standard of cleaning
  • Driving License UK
