- Lead the design of ITSM solutions for proposals, bids, and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with ITIL v4 and UK Defence standards.
- Collaborate with DXC sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop compelling, compliant service management offerings.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored ITSM architectures, including process models, tooling strategies, and governance frameworks.
- Define and articulate the Service Value System (SVS) and Service Value Chain components in solution designs.
- Support client-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations to gather requirements and showcase DXC’s capabilities.
- Develop service management collateral including solution blueprints, process diagrams, and value propositions.
- Ensure proposed solutions integrate with existing or planned ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Ivanti), with consideration for secure environments.
- Contribute to pricing models, service level definitions, and transition plans for Defence and Public Sector clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging practices in ITSM, Agile, DevOps, and cloud service management within secure and regulated environments.
- Proven experience in ITSM architecture and pre-sales solution development, ideally within Defence or Public Sector.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 framework and practices.
- ITIL v4 certification (Foundation or higher) required.
- Experience supporting bids, proposals, and client engagements in secure or regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms and tooling strategies, especially in security-cleared environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer value, compliance, and business outcomes.
- TIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification.
- Experience in cloud service management and integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) in secure environments.
- Exposure to ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT, or other governance frameworks.
- Experience in large-scale outsourcing, managed service proposals, and Defence procurement cycles.
- Active UK Security Clearance (SC or DV) or eligibility to obtain clearance
