Production & Stores Operatives - Permanent RolesWe're hiring! Due to continued growth, we have a number of exciting permanent opportunities within our manufacturing team. Whether your strengths lie in machine operation, fabrication with hand and power tools, or working in stores and materials handling, we'd love to hear from you.The roles:
Depending on your skills and experience, duties may include:Operating machinery to cut, assemble and finish productsUsing hand and power tools to carry out fabrication and glazing tasksReceiving, checking and issuing stock and materials to the production linesMaintaining quality standards and following health & safety proceduresSupporting colleagues to ensure smooth production flowWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation or stores is desirable, but not essential - full training is providedA practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learnStrong eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality workReliability, good work ethic and a team player mentalityHours & Pay:Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00Overtime and alternative shifts available£12.60 per hourPermanent, full-time roles with career development opportunitiesThis is a fantastic chance to join a growing organisation, develop your skills across different areas of manufacturing and be part of a supportive, friendly team.
