ProCook is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to become part of our talented team! If you have a knack for customer service and a love for all things cooking, this is the perfect role for you!Your Role:As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional shopping experiences to our customers. Your friendly demeanor and knowledgeable advice will make a lasting impression on everyone who walks through our doors.This is a part-time 18hrs/day role based in our new Cotswold Designer Outlet Store.Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right kitchenware for their needs.
  • Share your product knowledge and skills to enhance customer experience.
  • Drive sales through excellent service and engagement.
  • Help maintain an inviting and well-organized store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and improve customer satisfaction.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in retail or a similar role is a plus.
  • A friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn about our products and engage with customers enthusiastically.
