*Utilise an established network of contacts to introduce and promote our construction fit-out services.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.
*Work closely with senior management to develop and implement growth strategies.
*Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings nationwide.
*Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients.
*Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a seamless client experience from tender to completion.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.Requirements*Proven track record in business development within the private healthcare construction or fit-out sector.
*Strong existing network and ability to bring immediate opportunities from the private healthcare market.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
*Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
