- Marketing Automation & Campaign Management: Design, build, and manage automated email and SMS campaigns to support outreach, onboarding, and ongoing engagement. You'll create audience segments based on complex data sets and set up behavior-triggered workflows to ensure timely, relevant communications. Success means delivering effective nurture, reactivation, and transactional campaigns that are continually optimized through A/B testing and performance insights.
- Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Maintain campaign dashboards, track performance metrics, and translate data into actionable insights. You'll help refine targeting, inform strategy, and continuously improve marketing performance through audience analysis and reporting.
- Content Branding & Review (Automation Focus): Review country-specific email templates to ensure alignment with global brand guidelines. Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Photoshop is a plus for creating or adjusting visual assets.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply continuous improvement practices to marketing automation performance by testing, iterating, and evolving how we engage our audiences across the funnel.
- Experience: Proven professional experience on a digital or content marketing team, with a strong focus on marketing automation and email campaign management.
- Technical Skills:
- Marketing Automation Platforms: Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Taxi for Email, and Cross Engage (now Activate Pro) is essential. While you don't need to know them all, familiarity with similar tools is expected. We're always evolving our tech stack, so the ability to learn new platforms quickly is a strong advantage
- Email & Web Design: HTML, Microsite, and email designing experience.
- Data & Analytics: Strong Excel skills, experience with analytics and tag-management solutions (e.g., Google Analytics), and strong data intelligence.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to think ahead, solve complex challenges, and translate vision into actionable plans. You're independent, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your outcomes.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Collaboration & Communication: Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a solid understanding of content localization and internationalization. A collaborative team player with strong conceptual thinking and the ability to connect ideas across contexts.
