Carry out wiring, mechanical assembly, and component installation for electrical control systems and cabinets
Interpret and work from circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and mechanical drawings
Assemble and install components inside electrical control panels and systems
Communicate and coordinate efficiently with the engineering department
Undertake wiring tasks for electrical control systems and enclosures
Operate both autonomously and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Contribute to team efforts and apply 5S/Lean manufacturing principlesOur Perfect Worker
Ability to follow electrical and mechanical drawings accurately
Experience with electrical schematics or engineering drawings
Knowledge of soldering, cable assembly, and wiring techniques using tools such as crimping tool
Previous experience as a Panel Wireman in the manufacturing sector is essential
