We are looking to recruit an experience registered senior dental nurse, to work in the specialised clinical disciplines of special care dental services.You will manage a team of dental nurses including induction, recruitment, appraisal, performance management, and first level grievance and discipline, to organise and work alongside other senior dental nurse and principal dental nurse in leading with the efficient running of the dental unit/oral maxillofacial/orthodontic team in Fife.You must be able to work with autonomy and manage team members whilst fostering a courteous, positive and professional manner at all times, provide high standards of dental nursing care and chair side assistant thought-out the dept. Working closely with our team of consultants and specialized doctors.The ability to travel is essential as you will be expected to work in departments within Queen Margaret, and Victoria Hospital to meet the needs of the service.An up-to-date knowledge of infection control procedures are paramount to this post.
