  • Complete fire stopping installations, and install fire stopping to fire doors.
  • Small to large penetrations.
  • Appropriate use of all materials, tools, and resources.
  • Working in flats/housing/care homes/commercial premises, to include working in confined spaces.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are met as well as best practice standards
  • To ensure all work is carried out to a standard that satisfies the customer, company, and accreditations.
  • Work towards IFC accreditation in fire stopping (breach & penetration sealing) and NVQ.
What will you bring as a Trainee Fire Stopper ?
  • Qualifications not essential as on the job training will be completed, however, it is required that applicants have an understanding and confidence in using hand and battery powered tools.
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • To act in a safe manner in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Hold a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
