As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission: blending visionary strategy with practical action to ensure we attract, engage, and onboard the very best talent for today and tomorrow.You'll roll up your sleeves to tackle immediate recruitment needs, from critical seasonal hires to business-critical roles, while also leading the charge to modernise our approach and build a robust talent pipeline for the future. You'll be both a strategist and a doer-comfortable setting ambitious goals and getting stuck in to deliver results.What You'll Do
- Lead and Deliver: Own end-to-end recruitment for permanent and agency roles, ensuring Calor has the right people in the right roles, right now.
- Shape the Future: Develop and implement innovative talent attraction and onboarding strategies that position Calor as an employer of choice.
- Champion Diversity: Embed inclusive hiring practices and drive our diversity ambitions, making sure every candidate feels welcome.
- Modernise Recruitment: Identify and implement new ways of working, bringing best practice and fresh thinking to every campaign.
- Partner for Success: Work closely with business leaders and HR partners to translate workforce needs into actionable solutions.
- Coach and Mentor: Support and develop your team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in recruitment, ideally within complex, in-house environments.
- Ideally have experience in recruiting in the Logistics industry and managing seasonal uplift demands
- Proven track record of delivering cost-effective, high-impact talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery-comfortable with ambiguity and ready to adapt.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data-driven mindset, using KPIs and metrics to drive performance.
- Passion for diversity, inclusion, and employer branding.
- Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in our Warwick office (ideally more)
