
Clinical Secretary - Respiratory Sleep Apnoea

- SVQ2 or equivalent experience plus at least demonstrable experience in health care administration or in secretarial role
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Evidence of effective team working and dealing with change
- Evidence of strong communication skills with patients, clinicians and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Evidence of strong competence with relevant IT systems
- Audio typing skills
- General secretarial background
- Experience as a Medical Secretary
- Knowledge of WinScribe and TrakCare systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word for Windows)
- Accurate spelling
- Sound knowledge of digital dictation system and TrakCare
