- Previous experience as a Process or Flow Assurance engineer or Metering and Allocations Consultant within one or more of the sectors listed above
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong customer focus and team-working skills
- Readily adaptable with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant Engineering Degree for specialist area
- Chartered Engineer or Scientist
- Fellow of an appropriate professional institution
- Commercial awareness of project delivery
- For Flow assurance - proficient and hands-on experience with major flow assurance software packages e.g. OLGA, Pipesim, Multiflash, LedaFlow etc
- For Metering Working knowledge of Industry standards: API, AGA, GPA, ASTM, ISO, EI, OIML, GOST etc
- A proven track record in management of flow assurance or Metering and Allocation studies
- Good knowledge of HAZOP, process safety and risk assessment
- Local market knowledge would be seen as an advantage
