
Residential Building Surveyor

- Carry out RICS Level 2 & Level 3 residential building surveys, defect analysis, reinstatement cost assessments, and Homebuyer reports.
- Manage and deliver small-scale residential projects, including preparing specifications, tender documents, and cost plans.
- Provide expert advice to clients and liaise professionally with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Undertake contract administration and project management duties on residential refurbishments and maintenance schemes.
- Identify new business opportunities and represent the company at client and networking meetings.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential surveying.
- A solid understanding of housing defects, construction methods, and property legislation.
- Highly professional with strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Organised, commercially aware, and confident working independently or as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
