We are looking for talent across in London, Paris, Zurich and Frankfurt/Munich.The Senior Consultant will assist with the execution of client projects, working closely with clients and FTI Consulting teams.What You'll DoSupporting clients through crisis and transformation situations across a range of areas, including but not limited to:Advising on balance sheet matters, including capital, liquidity, and funding programsNavigating risk and regulatory challenges, including supervisory remediation, financial risks, and geopolitical risksShaping portfolio and investment strategies, including transaction support, portfolio remediation, and sovereign/development fund design and set-upDriving target operating model (TOM) and cost efficiency initiatives across risk, finance, and treasury functionsLeading digital and AI transformation programs within risk, finance, and treasury functionsCollaborating with a diverse client base, including banks, supervisory authorities, asset managers/owners, private markets, payments providers, fintechs, and sovereign/development fundsHow You'll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.   • Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable post-graduate experience at a major consulting firm or a financial services institution
  • Basic knowledge and interest in some of the following topics: balance sheet management, financial risk management, portfolio & investment strategy, target operating model, digital transformation, etc.
  • Ability travel to clients and FTI office(s) both nationally and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities and knowledge of financial analysis concepts (e.g. bank balance sheet, risk modelling, asset classes, etc.)
  • Excellent Excel financial modeling skills, coding capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (presentation, memo, etc.)
  • Team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills
  • Ability and curiosity to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment to meet client needs
