- You will be paid weekly, with a guaranteed 39 hour working week, as well as annual pay reviews

- Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements
- You will be working towards weekly productivity targets, attending to emergency, reactive, and routine repairs
- A friendly approachable individual is a must, someone who can relate and interact with tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
- Qualified to an NVQ level 3 as an Electrician, or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with 18th Edition certificate and AM2
- Test and Inspect qualification desirable
- Previous experience working within domestic properties would be ideal
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van.
- Emergency call out expected, on a rota basis.
