  • SALARY: Starting salary negotiable pending experience plus performance-related bonus scheme providing annual on-target earnings around £33,053.
  • HOURS: Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Parts/Accessories Advisor at our client's franchise-approved motorcycle dealership in Oxford.Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and working as part of a large and friendly team, as a Parts/Accessories Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Handle the majority of motorcycle parts, accessories, and rider wear enquiries.
  • Support our client's e-commerce operations, ensuring accurate listings and smooth order processing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all platforms.
  • Share responsibility for car parts enquiries and support as needed.
  • Work closely with the workshop and sales departments to coordinate parts supply.
  • Maintain and update parts stock systems.
To be eligible, you will ideally live in the Oxford region or within an easily commutable distance of Oxford. You will need to hold recent or current vehicle parts experience, ideally working within a franchise-approved automotive dealership; however, our client is also very interested in candidates from a Motor Factor background. A passion for motorcycles and basic knowledge of their parts and accessories is essential. You will also need to be IT literate, given you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic telephone manner. Experience with the Kerridge/ADP dealer management system would be highly advantageous, but is non-essential.What's in it for you?
