Job Description:Group Finance ManagerA rapidly expanding international hospitality group is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join its London-based head office. The business operates across multiple European markets and is listed on a major UK exchange, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong growth plans.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and analyze weekly and monthly management reportsDraft financial commentary for senior leadership and banking partnersSupport operational managers in understanding financial performance and forecastsCo-ordinate and manage the annual budget processImprove the format and content of management reports, including KPIsPrepare financial information for operational performance reviewsContribute to business plans and feasibility studies for new acquisitionsMonitor and control revenues and costs across the groupLead or assist with ad-hoc finance projectsEnhance processes and policies to improve financial controlManage group consolidation and financial statements under IFRSOversee month-end processes, journal postings, and reconciliationsPresent monthly results to senior executivesSkills & ExperienceFully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)At least 5 years post-qualification experience10+ years in Accounting & Finance rolesStrong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingExpertise in cashflow forecasting and management accountsExperience with group consolidations and IFRSProficiency with financial systems (experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous)Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
