
Global End User Compute Manager

- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a skilled global support team.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure timely resolution of EUC issues and manage patching, incidents, and escalations.
- Project Delivery: Support and lead EUC-related projects from planning to execution.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and eliminate single points of failure; ensure business continuity.
- Strategic Planning: Shape the roadmap for EUC services and stay ahead of tech trends.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Align support with business needs and manage external partners.
- Experience managing, delivering, and improving IT EUC services to at least 4000 IT users across multiple time zones within a global IT organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of IT EUC core areas.
- Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT systems and support services.
- ITIL V3/V4 qualified and a solid understanding of all core service management processes.
- Experience using ServiceNow is advantageous
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous
