Service Delivery ManagerFull-Time | Southend on Sea | Salary up to £42,000PA (depending on experience)Are you a dynamic and driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and compliance? We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join a busy thriving team and take ownership of service delivery, team leadership, and client satisfaction across the division.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal service teams, supporting the Operations Director in delivering efficient, compliant services.
  • Manage planning and delivery of all Kitchen & Air orders, including PPM, ensuring correct resources and skill sets are allocated.
  • Oversee key contracted accounts, improving customer relations and supporting account growth.
  • Respond to customer complaints with same-day action plans.
  • Support out-of-hours services and emergency response.
  • Drive digital enhancements and process improvements across service delivery.
  • Manage asset tracking and compliance reporting.
  • Identify and onboard subcontractors and additional resources as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support team development and training.
  • Act as cover for the Legionella Services Manager when required.
Financial & Compliance Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely invoice and minimal work-in-progress (WIP), in line with KPIs.
  • Monitor and maintain gross profit margins and budget awareness.
  • Approve purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Produce method statements and risk assessments as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with company Health & Safety policies.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Same-day response to customer complaints.
Meeting & Resource Requirements
  • Attend operational, internal, and client review meetings.
  • Lead or support interviews as needed.
  • Resources provided: Laptop, phone, and access to digital compliance systems.
