We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex.We are currently seeking enthusiastic and flexible Primary Teachers for September starts in the Eastbourne area. Opportunities are available for both day-to-day general cover and longer-term contracts, with part-time and full-time options available to suit your schedule.Whether you’re an experienced teacher seeking flexible working arrangements, or an ECT/NQT looking to build experience across a range of settings, this is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in local schools.🔑 Key Responsibilities:
  • 📚 Deliver engaging and effective lessons that follow school curriculum plans
  • 🎓 Manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • 🏫 Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
  • 🎯 Ensure that all pupils have equal access to learning and development opportunities
✅ Requirements:
  • 🎓 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • 📋 Strong classroom management and a proactive approach
  • 📢 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 🛡️ A current, enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
