- Handling customer enquiries and processing orders via phone and email
- Working within an ERP system (SAP) for order management, invoicing, and stock tracking
- Overseeing supplier payments and customs-related admin
- Arranging shipments and deliveries across the UK
- Keeping business records accurate and up-to-date
- Providing admin support to the sales team and wider business
- Creating reports and assisting with general operational tasks
- Contributing to marketing and sales activities when needed
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Previous experience using ERP software – SAP would be a bonus
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- A flexible approach and the ability to adapt in a team-focused environment
- Ideally, experience in a business-to-business setting or financial/admin support role
- Competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
