Location: Bow, East LondonMy client is one of London’s leading Independent agencies that have been established for over 25 years and have an excellent reputation.They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager with a driven and career focussed attitude to add to their Bow office and in return they are offering a very competitive package, including a car allowance.Some key responsibilities but not limited:
- Arrange and carry out Valuations and convert to listings
- Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
- Arrange and carry out viewings and and providing relevant feedback to necessary parties
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Responding in a timely manner all queries via email, face to face and telephone
- Maintain good working relationships with follow up sales
- 2/3 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator
- Valuation experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Motivated and target driven
- Well presented and well spoken
- 9am -7.00pm Monday to Thursday
- 9am -6pm Friday
- 10am -4pm Saturday
- Work 2 Saturdays a month
- £29,000/£34,000 basic salary (includes £400 car allowance)
- Realistic OTE is £55,00- £60,000
