The role involves supporting students with additional needs—whether that’s autism, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties—and helping them feel confident and capable in a busy secondary setting.This school takes inclusion seriously. What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, in class and 1:1
  • Working closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials
  • Helping students manage routines, relationships, and transitions
  • Being a steady, kind presence—especially when things feel tough
You’ll need:
  • Experience working with young people (school-based or not!)
  • A calm, reassuring approach and excellent communication skills
  • A flexible mindset and a passion for helping every learner thrive
  • SEN training or experience is great, but not essential—we’ll support you
