- Providing HR advice and support on policies and procedures, sicknesses, absences, grievances, maternity, flexible working, employment law and best practice
- Conducting and chairing employment investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings
- Responsible for being aware of and updating any changes to HR policies
- Lead various change management initiatives across the company and communicate any organisational change to the practice areas as appropriate
- Assisting with recruitment and selection
- General day to day administrative duties
- CIPD qualified or Third Level qualification in a HR/Business related discipline
- At least 5 years HR Generalist experience
- Full driving licence and access to a form of transport to fulfil the requirements of the role
- Confident with the ability to advise and make decisions
- Proven track record of leading a range of investigation/disciplinary meetings
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Strong people skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
- Knowledge of PAMS and online job boards
