This 12-month modern apprenticeship will help you to understand how a business runs and gain a greater understanding of business administration and the important role that business support functions play in enabling organisations to operate efficiently and effectively. At North Lanarkshire Council we have four key services that play an important role in delivering for our communities, these are Education and Families, Enterprise and Communities, Adult Health and Social Care and our Chief Executives Office Corporate functions.As part of this apprenticeship, you'll undertake an SCQF Level 5 in Business & Administration. You'll also gain valuable work experience in a business support function such as Finance, Accounts, Human Resources, Administration, Housing, Business Solutions or Customer Services within one of our services. This Apprenticeship would appeal to you if you're interested in working in and pursuing a career in a business environment.Placements are in the following areas:Chief Executives Office - Motherwell x4Enterprise & Communities - Wishaw x1,Education & Families - Bellshill x1What do I need?You don't need to have any previous experience although having National 5 English is desirable. We look for Apprentices who can help us deliver our exciting for North Lanarkshire.
