Service Vehicle Technician
  • Location: Bangor
  • Salary: £30,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Bonus (£32,000+ OTE)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: Monday to Friday (overtime available)
We are working with a well-established and highly reputable Main Dealership in the Bangor area that is currently looking for an experienced Service Vehicle Technician to join their team. If you're a skilled and motivated technician looking for long-term career growth with ongoing training and development - this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities for a Service Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance work on vehicles to a high standard
  • Use diagnostic tools and fault-finding equipment to troubleshoot and repair vehicles efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements for a Service Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 2 or above in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 3 desirable)
  • Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Qualification - highly desirable
  • MOT Tester status - advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence
