- Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths grade C / 4 A* / 9
- NVQ/QCF level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent IT qualification equivalent to GCSE grade
- Experience of working in a customer service or office environment
- Experience of inputting data accurately and quickly
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams (please specifically refer to your experience with these four applications in your application)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical approach to organisation of delivery of tasks, with excellent attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- An ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Experience of working in a Learning & Development or Training setting
- Previous experience of working in the NHS
- Experience of organising training courses/events
- Experience of using ESR, ELFH or a Learning Management System
