- Market Analysis: Map market and technology trends, identify value chains, and understand stakeholder challenges.
- Competitive Profiling: Monitor Bekaert's market share and profile main competitors, assessing their strengths and weaknesses.
- Product Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new product opportunities and coordinate development activities.
- Strategic Execution: Develop and deliver value propositions, follow up on product performance, and update market insights.
- Promotion: Promote Bekaert's value propositions through webinars, conferences, and technical committees.
- Marketing Communication: Create compelling marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing Communication team.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collect and analyze information from various sources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Swedish or Norwegian is a plus).
- Team player with the ability to connect with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in the power tranmission or similar sector, ideally in a business development role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
