Excellent Junior Sous Chef opportunity with busy Country Dining PubA Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Chesham & Berkhamstead in Buckinghamshire for a Chef to work in their busy well established dining Pub. As part of a small creative kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in serving food of a AA rosette standard.This is an ideal role for someone wanting a first step into a kitchen management/Sous role.Salary & Benefits

The Role
  • Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
  • Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
  • Input into menu with chef
  • Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
  • Deputising for Head Chef
The Person
  • You will already be a Chef de Partie or Sous who can work on all sections
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop a junior team members
  • Have experience of working in a fresh food led hotel, pub or restaurant kitchen
  • Good attention to detail
