- Develop comprehensive 12-month growth roadmaps, aligning creative, performance, and customer acquisition strategies
- Use advanced forecasting to set ambitious, data-backed KPIs for revenue growth and strategic planning
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential growth opportunities
- Regularly review and adapt strategies based on performance data, market changes, and evolving client goals
- Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts between Account Managers, Media Buyers, and Creative Strategists
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure consistent messaging, creative quality, and data-driven decision-making
- Act as the strategic anchor within client accounts, setting direction and ensuring everyone works towards unified outcomes
- Foster collaborative relationships that drive innovation and exceptional client service
- Use platforms like Shopify, Triple Whale, Motion, and ad account analytics to monitor performance and identify trends
- Transform raw data into actionable insights, guiding creative adjustments and media strategy refinements
- Make real-time optimisations based on performance data and market intelligence
- Regularly assess client account health, ensuring targets for MER, ROAS, CAC, and customer LTV are consistently met or exceeded
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor and growth partner
- Present clear, data-backed insights and growth recommendations with confidence and clarity
- Provide regular performance updates that connect day-to-day tactics with long-term growth goals
- Identify and develop upsell opportunities across our service offerings to strengthen client partnerships
- Partner closely with creative teams to develop impactful, conversion-focused campaigns aligned with strategic goals
- Use performance data to refine creative direction, ensuring every asset drives measurable results
- Collaborate on testing roadmaps that balance creative innovation with performance requirements
- Bridge the gap between creative strategy and media buying for optimal campaign performance
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or other major platforms
- Deep understanding of acquisition channels, landing pages, eCommerce best practices, and growth levers
- Proven track record in producing accurate forecasts and developing data-driven growth strategies
- Strong grasp of creative ideation, data-backed execution, and comprehensive performance analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning creative and media strategies for maximum impact
- High proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale, Motion, and other eCommerce analytics tools
- Advanced understanding of performance metrics including CAC, MER, LTV, ROAS, and payback periods
- Ability to develop comprehensive growth forecasts, budgets, and strategic marketing calendars
- Experience with attribution and measurement frameworks to improve signal clarity and decision-making
- Strong pattern recognition skills for identifying growth opportunities and potential challenges
