Catch 22 are working with a Education provider based in SW11 who are on the lookout for a temp Estates CoordinatorThis role will be for a minimum of 3 months- Working hours Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm£16.83 phrResponsibilities;Manage service contracts and compliance folders, ensuring statutory requirements are metOversee the school's key system and identify improvementsSupport the Estates Helpdesk and follow up on outstanding tasksPrepare documentation for committees and assist with tenders and procurementMaintain strong relationships with contractors and support the Approved Contractor ProcedureContribute to estates documentation, including policies and risk assessmentsSupport delivery of school projects and departmental developmentProvide reports and monitor training needsHelp ensure compliance and ISI inspection readinessManage stores and routine suppliesUndertake other duties as required by the Director of EstatesSkills and Experience;Minimum 2 years administration and office management experienceEssentialExtremely proficient in the use of ICT and various software packages including the entire Microsoft Office suiteEssentialExcellent customer service skillsEssentialExcellent database management and the ability to manage a large number of OneDrive files and FoldersEssentialExcellent numeracy and literacy skillsEssentialGreat attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.EssentialA willingness to help others and have a good sense of humourEssentialProject management experienceDesirableExperience of working in the education sector or estates/facilities managementDesirableTechnical knowledge of various building servicesDesirableA willingness to embrace change and seek out new technologies that support the departmentDesirableA knowledge of budgets and experience of financial managementDesirableFacilities/H&S/Project Management related qualificaitonDesirableIf you have the above experience and are interested please apply or send you CV to
