⏰ Start Date: ASAP / September 2025A welcoming primary school in Redhill is looking for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to provide part-time long-term cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher, or a confident ECT, who’s keen to bring energy, structure, and creativity to a lower KS2 classroom.You’ll be teaching a lively and curious Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum, and working closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency for pupils.What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching at Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
  • Strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
  • A teacher who can adapt quickly, follow planning, and contribute to the wider school community
  • Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for teaching
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a Year 3 class with full teaching responsibility
  • Delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
  • Supporting a range of abilities to help every child progress
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and SLT
  • Contributing to school life through planning and meetings
