Sales Order Processor£27,000-28,000, Kirby Malzeard, On Site Parking, 20 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Training, Development & Progression, Small Friendly Team,Due to continued business growth and internal promotion we are looking to recruit a sales order processor for this quality manufacturer based near Ripon. The main purpose of this role is to support both the sales and production teams.As sales order processor your main duties will involve speaking to customers and building long lasting relationships, ensuring all customers receive a high standard of service, from initial enquiry through to delivery. You will work closely with several departments within the business to ensure a streamlined process. You will learn how to provide accurate quotations and process orders efficiently, managing incoming emails and scheduling orders with the production team .Duties:
  • Speaking to customers and understanding their needs
  • Booking in orders
  • Providing quotations to customers
  • Scheduling workshop production
  • Maintaining and updating database
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Managing an inbox
  • Processing invoices and matching orders on the system
Requirements:
  • Good customer service skills, able to build long term supplier relationships
  • Experience in a manufacturing background would be beneficial
  • Motivated and driven to succeed
  • Keen to learn and progress with the role
  • A team player attitude
  • Own transport required due to location
  • Experience using Sage 50 or SigmaNEST would be an advantage
