Job Description Summary At Dowty (a GE Aerospace company) we are recruiting for a Lean Leader who will be responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives using GE Aerospace's proprietary FLIGHT DECK lean operating model.In this opportunity you'll apply the Lean principles to optimise processes, enhance safety, improve quality, ensure on-time delivery, and reduce costs (SQDC). It incorporates elements of Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Kata, Hoshin Kanri, and Standard Work, tailored specifically to the Dowty / GE Aerospace needs and goals.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead the application of Flight Deck methodologies to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), with safety as the top priorityCoach, drive and lead Lean behaviours, principles, and tools across operational or functional area.
