
Dispute Resolution Solicitor (0-3 PQE) - Bournemouth

You'll play a key part in launching and growing the dispute resolution presence in Bournemouth. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and taking initiative.
You'll work across a broad range of disputes including:
- Contract and commercial disputes
- Shareholder and director issues
- Property and landlord/tenant matters
- Contentious probate
- Debt recovery and insolvency
- Injunctions and urgent asset recovery
- County Court and High Court litigation
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
To succeed in this role, you should have or be developing:
- NQ - 3 PQE with experience in a wide range of dispute resolution matters
- Strong legal research skills
- Confidence working under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Good IT skills and comfort using case management systems
