- To assist in the management, monitoring and delivery of all aspects of property and regulatory compliance and its delivery, in accordance with Adullam Homes Housing Association Limited policies and procedures.
- The post will also provide direct support to the Asset Manager and will ensure all cyclical works are administered correctly and reported accordingly.
- The post will continually liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a common group approach in the delivery of these activities.
- As a manager, you will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
- The post will provide a monitoring system to enable Adullam to achieve its environmental objectives with regard to energy performance.
- Salary £30,000 per annum dependent on experience for 37.5 hours per week,
