Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborative Training: Build and maintain relationships with Estate Agency teams, providing them with training and support to enhance overall performance.
  • Client Acquisition: Attract new customers and business opportunities, staying motivated to achieve professional goals in a results-driven environment.
  • Comprehensive Guidance: Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, offering advice on a range of products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Team Engagement: Participate in regular branch meetings to share best practices and foster lasting relationships within the team.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Possession of Full CeMAP or an industry-equivalent qualification.
  • Business Development Skills: Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated outstanding customer care and service experience.
  • Personal Attributes: Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented individuals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • Mobility: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
