We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Client Services Administrator Intern with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to join our Client Services Team. The right candidate will be able to provide first class customer service in an IT environment for our clients and the staff, produce reports and administrative support to the teams as and when required, and is proficient in using MS-Office applications.We are looking for an intern to join our team for a 1 year paid placement. During the internship you will have the opportunity to network and get a deeper dive into our business and teams across the UK and EMEA, as well as present your own report on a subject of your choice. If successful, the internship could be extended to a full-term position upon completion.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services team (i.e. create and/or edit PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, MSOffice documents, etc.)
  • Take the lead in communicating with clients some specific activities and arrange work with relevant Vistex teams (for instance, arrange client Health checks, send hosting notifications, manage user account access etc.)
  • Assign client issue to a responsible Client Services or another functional team member
  • Follow-up with team members as appropriate, to ensure awareness of and response to open/outstanding client issues – assuring customer satisfaction
  • Learn through in-house training and self-education methods basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Company’s products and functionality
  • Participate in software testing as and when required
  • Other duties as directed or required
