- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other compliance-related tasks under supervision.
- Review and organise client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update client records and internal databases.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email.
- Support the team in preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and manage administrative tasks as required.
- Contribute to process improvements and support ad-hoc projects.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interest in tax, accounting, or finance, with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Previous experience in tax, accounting, or professional services is advantageous but not essential.
