Facilities Team LeaderManufacturing EnvironmentTewkesburyPermanentThe Role - Facilities Team LeaderThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to step into a Team lead position within a modern manufacturing facility in Tewkesbury.This hands-on leadership role ensures the seamless execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), low-level building maintenance, and small works projects.You'll ideally have good background in HVAC and contractor management and take a people first approach that can translate into strong leadership expertise to manage a small team of Technicians.Duties - Facilities Team Leader

Lead and coordinate the facilities maintenance team.
Ensure timely execution of PPM activities.
Manage compliance with HSE and statutory regulations
Oversee rapid response to breakdowns
Support energy efficiency initiatives and infrastructure upgrades
Keep accurate maintenance logs and records for audit
Rotate schedule availability to support shift workers across three 8-hour shifts, where applicable
Leadership of a small team of Technicians.

Background - Facilities Team Leader

Evidenced experience in facilities or building maintenance
Team leadership and mentoring ability
HVAC experience
Full UK driving licence
