Manufacturing Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading all activities associated with manufacturing and production of deliverable product to meet customer expectations within a defined production area. He/ she will be monitoring and managing hourly and salaried resources in the assignment of work responsibilities, development, and alignment of resources to load. Driving continuous improvement and application through the use of EBS, BOS, CIF, and HPWTs. Being responsible for implementation of Lean activities to eliminate waste opportunities of key processes. Achieving key BOS metrics including TRCR, Productive Utilization, On-Time Delivery, First Pass Yield and DPPM. Being effective on management of plant assets through leadership of maintenance and facilities resources. Being responsible for the implementation of MESH to achieve improvement in year over year safety performance measures. Being responsible for driving and developing team members as well as providing oversight and coaching to other team members. Providing the vision and strategy Leading by example - be a positive role model Actively engaging and recognizing employees Being enable success of employees (providing resources and removing barriers) Being responsible for empowering employees - drive decision making down through organization Being responsible for High-5 metrics for assigned value stream. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required Having a strong capability on Computer Skills: Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint Having strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership, coaching and influence management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities Having strong skills on Lean manufacturing / Operational Excellence skills in 6S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, process focused Having strong capability of problem solving skills (e.g. 8-D or A3) Being highly motivated, visionary and being able to keep up with changes.
