This is a specialist role focused on supporting children who have adoption as their care plan. You'll play a key part in preparing these children for their forever homes by:
- Completing high-quality Child Permanence Reports (CPRs)
- Supporting matching and placement processes with prospective adopters
- Working closely with multi-agency professionals to secure positive, stable outcomes for children
✅ Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Social Work England registration
- 3+ years post-qualified experience in Children's Social Work
- Experience in adoption or permanence planning is highly desirable
- Strong assessment and analytical skills (especially for writing CPRs)
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
