
Country Risk Reporting - Senior Associate

- Collect, aggregate, and analyze data to produce Country Reports.
- Understand data flows and remediate data issues between source systems and the Country Risk Infrastructure.
- Analyze stress scenarios and calculations.
- Interact with Country Risk Management, Credit Risk Management, and other teams.
- Report weekly Country Risk to Senior Management.
- Participate in data collection and analysis for EMEA and APAC regions.
- Assist in crisis monitoring and ad-hoc data collection.
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of reporting processes.
- Innovate by challenging processes and seeking efficiencies. Provide input in working groups to enhance data aggregation and reporting procedures.
- Assess and review data quality. Partner with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and analyze issues.
- Experience in Market Risk, Credit Risk, Product Control, or Financial Reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Science, or Business-related area.
- Understanding of financial products and cross-asset knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a control focus.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills; knowledge of data science, analytics platforms, and data visualisation tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop solid working relationships and work well in a team across multiple locations.
- Experience with data science (e.g., Machine learning), analytics platforms (e.g., Alteryx), and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Proficiency in data analytics (e.g., Python).
- Ability to influence change and address problems proactively with a control mindset.
