This remains under regular review.Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator
  • There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting customers to facilitating groups
  • You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services across Hampshire County; you might find yourself working in accommodation-based services or possibly supporting our customers in a community or home-based setting.

  • You’ll have experience of supporting vulnerable people, and to be brilliant, you have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference to our customers lives!
  • You’ll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.
Our teamYou’ll join our wider services in the Hampshire region and the great thing is you can pick up shifts in any of these services that need it! Currently we have hours available in both our Buller Court Mental Health service in Farnborough and our Basingstoke Social Inclusion service with our Manager Jay.Our team works with customers who have a variety of needs including mental health, homelessness prevention and substance misuse, and are super passionate about what we do!   • We’re looking for you to work across Hampshire region which include our services in Basingstoke and Farnborough
  • Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans / doing mandatory learning / keeping in touch with colleagues.
  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
