- Basic salary: Up to £45,000

- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid 1.5x rate)

- Conduct in-depth diagnostic assessments, pinpointing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Utilise cutting-edge diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify complex problems.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the service team, providing timely and efficient solutions to customer concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, attending relevant training sessions.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing your knowledge to enhance the team's skills.
- Maintain meticulous records of repairs, parts used, and labor time to ensure streamlined workflow and outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.
- Master Technician status
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Proven experience as a Technician in an automotive dealership.
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems, including electronic and mechanical components.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff members/customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Valid driving licence and a clean driving record.
