Start Date: September 2025Support that makes a lasting difference.We’re looking for a calm, confident, and compassionate Support Assistant to join a specialist setting for secondary-aged pupils (11–16) who experience significant Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Every pupil has, or is in the process of receiving, an EHCP—and many are neurodivergent.This school offers a small, structured and nurturing environment where consistency is key and every relationship matters.
